Atlasbalans develops and supplies professional fascia treatment technology, training, and digital services to therapists and clinics worldwide.
For some services we may act as a processor for clinics, distributors, or partners who are themselves controllers. In those cases, we process personal data on their instructions under a data processing agreement.
If we appoint a Data Protection Officer or local representatives (for example in the UK or EU), we will publish their details on our Sites.
2. What Data We Collect and Where It Comes From
The data we collect depends on how you interact with us.
2.1 When you visit our Sites
We may collect:

Order and contract details: purchased products, price, contract dates, warranty and service details
Payment information: basic transaction details and partial card information (most card data is handled directly by our payment providers and never stored by us)
Customer account data: if you register for our digital platform or user account (login credentials, roles, settings)
2.4 When you use our digital platform and online training
If you access our digital platform, online education, or marketing resource portals, we may collect:

2.5 Therapist directory and case stories
If you are listed as a therapist on our “Find a therapist” or similar pages, or appear in case stories/testimonials, we may collect and publish (with your consent or another legal basis):

Photos, testimonials, quotes
Case story content – normally anonymized or pseudonymised for patients unless you and they have explicitly consented.

When you sign up for newsletters, webinars, events, or marketing lists, we collect:

Marketing interactions (e.g. which emails you open, which links you click), to the extent allowed by law and your cookie/email settings.

Atlasbalans does not primarily provide patient treatment through atlasbalans.com. However, you or a therapist might share health-related information in:

We do not sell your personal data for money.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you without human involvement, unless required by law and with appropriate safeguards.

Atlasbalans is based in Sweden, but we work with international partners and service providers. This means your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA and UK.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data (Retention)
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. This typically means:

9. Children
Atlasbalans products, training, and digital services are aimed at adult professionals, clinics, and distributors, not children.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age defined by local law. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child via our Sites or forms, please contact us so we can review and, if appropriate, delete that data.
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:
